iLEAD Program

The iLead Program at OSU will empower students to recognize leadership in a variety of situations and experiences from a global viewpoint.  Through diverse seminars and workshops, students will develop an enhanced sense of personal and social responsibility to better our local communities and global society.  By engaging with individuals from around the world, students will broaden their perspectives and emerge as agents of change.   

The iLead Program consists of two tracks: 

iLead  Participation Certificate: To complete this track, you must attend and participate in at least five of the leadership series seminars:

 

This year we are offering two opportunities to attend each iLead seminar. If you can not attend one of the times feel free to attend the other.

Attend five leadership seminars listed aboveiLead Program Participation Recognition Medal and Certificate:

  • Become active in at least two organizations
  • Complete a Student Development Transcript through CampusLink
  • Maintain online volunteer experiences through CampusLink
  • Implement a personal leadership project
  • Record program experiences in a leadership journal
  • Maintain acceptable GPA (2.5+)
